Q: Which payment companies need Gateway license and which one Processor license?
A: The following require processor licensing: Native Elavon, Vital, Paymentech Native,
Global Payments and First Data. The other gateways may be utilized with the Gateway
license.
Q: What is different between QuickSSL Premium and Basic Rapid SSL Certificate?
A: Basic Rapid SSL Certificate is a single rooted certificate but does not include
a site seal. QuickSSL Premium is Genuine GeoTrust 128bit SSL Certificate with site
seal. Retail pricing for the 128 bit QuickSSL Premium SSL Certificate is $299 and
for Basic Rapid SSL Certificate is $69. Increase the quantity after adding this
item to lock in discounted rates for up to 6 years and obtain a multi-year certificate!
If you do not lock in multiple years, you will need to complete CSR generation and
certificate install each year.
Q: I would like to use .netCHARGE for a single web site but the application is being
developed on another site / server / workstation. Will we need to purchase additional
licenses?
A: The license covers the fully qualifed domain specified at the time of purchase.
Additional usage would require a separate license purchase, however a free localhost
development license is included at no additional charge.
Q: Can I upgrade a website license to a server license at a later time?
A: Yes you can move from a single web site license to a full web server license
for the difference in price between what you paid for the web site license and the
current web server license price within 90 days of license purchase.
Q: If we purchase a single web site license will the license work on sub domains
of our current domain? i.e SubDomain.Domain.Com?
A: No, the license is domain specific and will work for YourDomain.com and www.YourDomain.com.
A separate sub domain would require another web site license. Alternatively, we
have a server license available which is not URL specific but is limited to your
own companies usage and can not be provided to your customers or clients.
Q: What are the requirements for SaaS licensing
A: When you provide payment services to your clients or customers using their own
accounts, SaaS licensing is required. You can start the order process through the
online site and get an orderid assigned, however an executed licensing agreement
